Wash and clean the shrimps thoroughly; then add little salt & turmeric powder to it.
Heat oil and fry the shrimps in ½ tablespoon refined oil. Keep it aside.
Wash and cut all the vegetables into small pieces.
Make a paste of onion, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, ginger and garlic. Fry the paste in a pan with refined oil, till it turns brown.
Then add all the washed vegetables, salt, turmeric powder and chili powder and mix them thoroughly.
Add water to it. Put the pan on flame for about 5 minutes till the vegetables are cooked.
Once the water starts boiling; add the fried prawns and cook for atleast 5 more minutes.
is ready to serve, Garnish with coriander leaves.
