Red Chili Powder
Wash and peel the outer skin of ridge-gourd. Cut them into small pieces.
Chop the onion and tomato.
Make a masala paste by grinding mustard, cumin seeds and garlic cloves with a little water.
Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry the chopped onion till it becomes golden-brown. Then add the chopped tomatoes and cook well.
Add the vegetable pieces and stir well. Cover the pan with a lid and keep it on low flame.
Then add the masala paste, salt and little water to it. Cook it for 10minutes.
is ready to serve.
